I am a qualified teacher with a first class hons Fine Art degree. I have experience and training in Neurodivergence, specifically ADHD and ASD. I have also had Nature and Therapy UK training as a forest bathing guide.

Forest Bathing

With the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku at the heart, we venture into a part of the forest or wood, and completely immerse ourselves within it (no water involved!). Tapping into our senses, our connection to our natural world, our history and exploring invitations to slowly experience the "wilderness of our intuition".

1.5 hour sessions are £15 pp

Nature Walks

Using elements of Shinrin Yoku and the focus of connection with our natural environment, I invite you to join us in local parks and walks along the river exploring new ways of seeing and feeling.

Finding time to breathe

My intention is to reconnect you with the natural world through a range of invitations and therapeutic experiences. Whether you are exploring the art sessions, forest bathing or nature walks, the main aim is to find time to stop and breathe. Let's embrace the healing power of nature together and rediscover a sense of tranquility and well-being.
